Prevocational Employment Training

SHALOM Denver’s Prevocational Employment Training is designed to prepare people with disabilities to move into community work settings. Services include work evaluation and planning, classroom instruction, workplace fundamentals and soft-skills training, situational assessments, career exploration, and job shadowing. Participants gain work experience, improved decision-making skills, work ethic, employment planning, and knowledge of employment opportunities.
